ALS does not wait Neither do we

We are
Hope
Brokers.

We learn what an ALS Warrior needs and what they love—then use our networks in sports, music, hospitality and mobility to make it happen. We create hope you can feel now.

What a Hope Broker does

ALS moves fast.
Hope cannot wait.

Typical life expectancy after an ALS diagnosis is two to five years, though every journey is unique. There is no time for “someday.” We listen, open the right doors and turn what someone needs or loves into something real—now.

A Hope Broker starts with one question: What would make today better?

Hope, made real

Hope takes the shape of the person.

It may be better mobility. A day with a favorite team. A concert trip. An intimate songwriters' night. We start with the person, not a program.

Mobility is hope / 2026For Golnaz Tavassoli, hope arrived as a custom Permobil power wheelchair—and greater freedom to move through life.

How hope works

We listen. Our network opens doors.

BEAT ALS connects ALS Warriors with people and partners across mobility, sports, music and hospitality—then turns that access into a moment that matters.

Mobility

Freedom to move

Through partners like the Permobil Foundation, we help deliver mobility solutions that create independence, connection and precious time with family.

Sports

Your team, up close

We create personal experiences with a favorite team, coach or player—inside the ballpark, clubhouse or game day they love.

Music

The Hope Sessions

Intimate songwriter experiences, a meaningful fourth chair and Hometown Hope Parties turn music into connection, joy and action.

Experiences

The unforgettable yes

A concert trip. A favorite artist. A weekend built around someone's story. If our network can open the door, we walk through it together.

Hope today. A cure tomorrow.

Every experience creates a story to tell, a community to mobilize and momentum to help support ALS research.

Experiences of hope

Hope belongs wherever people gather.

From intimate rooms to ballparks, lakesides and backyards, every experience brings people together around an ALS Warrior—creating connection, opening doors and turning the things they love into hope they can feel.

Why it is personal

Built on relationships. Driven by urgency.

BEAT ALS grew out of personal relationships with Coach Bob Waters, Mark Feichter and Coach Keith LeClair—and a simple belief that the people closest to this disease should not have to wait for help.

That is why we listen first. We find what matters to the person, bring the right people together and act while the moment is still here.
