Coach LeClair taught us that excellence wasn't optional.
He taught us to do the little things right, he taught us to fight, and he showed us what it truly means to be a man. His impact lives rent free in my head, my heart and my daily life. I know I'm not alone in that regard.
I started BEAT ALS because I wanted to honor Coach—not simply by remembering him, but by continuing the work he inspired.
